No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable protective steps required by Indian law.

• Verify your identity (Aadhaar + KYC)
• Allow Indian citizens to bid, hire, post projects, and process payments
• Manage escrow transactions safely
• Improve platform features and user experience

• Prevent fraud, scams, and policy violations
• Enforce our Terms, Bid Policy, and Indian cyber regulations

4. What We DON’T Do With Your Data

We do not:

• Rent, trade, or disclose your identity for marketing by other companies
• Share your data with advertisers

Your data stays within Kaampays and trusted service partners only.

Kaampays is strictly for individuals 18 years and older.

If any such data is mistakenly submitted, it will be deleted immediately.

We retain your data as long as:

• Your account remains active
• Required for legal or financial compliance
• Needed for resolving disputes, fraud, or misuse

If you delete your account, we will remove data except where law requires retention.

9. Communication & On-Platform Messaging

• No external communication is allowed (no WhatsApp, calls, emails, or social media).
• All messages must stay within Kaampays.
• Any attempt to move communication outside the platform is a violation.

We may monitor messages only to detect spam, fraud, abuse, pornographic content, threats, or illegal activities—as required under Indian IT regulations.

10. Illegal or Prohibited Content

Kaampays strictly prohibits:

• Pornographic or adult services
• Vulgar, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
• Fraud, impersonation, or identity misuse
• Violent, extremist, or illegal activity
• Bypassing Kaampays fees
• Off-platform payments or solicitation

Violators may face:

• Immediate account suspension
• Escalation to Indian Cyber Crime authorities
• Legal action as per IT Act 2000

11. Indian Law Compliance

We comply with:

• Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023
• Information Technology Act 2000 & IT Rules
• Aadhaar Act (verification link only)
• RBI payment guidelines
• Indian Contract Act

Your data remains stored and processed within India (except secure cloud redundancy allowed by law).

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
