KAAMPAYS – BID POLICY
Effective Date: July 27, 2025
1. Eligibility to Bid
- Only Aadhaar-verified Indian citizens can bid.
- Users may place unlimited bids on any project.
- Commission applies to both Buyer and Freelancer based on finalized contract.
2. Communication Rules
To protect users:
- No phone numbers
- No emails
- No WhatsApp
- No social media
- No external links
- No sharing Zoom/Meet links
All communication must stay inside Kaampays.
Attempting to take users off-platform = suspension.
3. Awarding a Freelancer
Once a Buyer selects a freelancer:
- Buyer must create Escrow Payment
- Freelancer must begin work ONLY after escrow is funded
- All project instructions must be exchanged inside Kaampays
4. Revision Rules
- Freelancer must provide 2 free revisions for the agreed scope
- After
2 revisions:
- Buyer can hold the project
- OR request paid extra revisions
- OR cancel before escrow release
5. Escrow Release
- Once escrow is released → project is considered completed.
- After
release, Kaampays is not responsible for:
- Quality issues
- Future dissatisfaction
- Project changes
- Additional requirements
Buyer may still leave ratings and feedback.
6. Cancellation Rules
Before escrow release:
- Buyer may cancel
- Freelancer may decline
- Kaampays may intervene if violation occurs
After release:
- No cancellations
- No refunds
- No disputes accepted
7. Misconduct
Kaampays strictly prohibits:
- Pornographic or adult services
- Vulgar, abusive, hateful communication
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Fraud, cheating, impersonation
- Off-platform payments
- Bypassing Kaampays commission
- Sharing personal contact info
Violations may result in:
- Account ban
- Escalation to Indian Cyber Crime
- Legal consequences
8. Multiple Accounts
Creating multiple accounts to bid more or bypass rules is strictly forbidden.
9. Legal Compliance
All users must follow:
- Indian Cyber Laws
- IT Act 2000
- DPDP Act 2023
- Aadhaar verification rules
- GST & Payment compliance (if applicable)
10. Kaampays Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend bids
- Remove proposals
- Take legal action for fraudulent activities
- Modify bid policy at any time
