Buyers can review profiles, portfolios, ratings, and past work.

Step 4 - Hire Securely (No Outside Contact)

• All messages remain inside Kaampays
• No phone numbers / emails may be exchanged
• Both parties must follow Indian law and Kaampays rules

Step 5 - Deposit Escrow

• Freelancer feels secure to start work
• Buyer’s money stays protected until delivery

Step 6 - Work & Deliver

Freelancer submits work through the platform. Buyer gets 2 revision cycles to request changes.

Step 7 - Payment Release

• Kaampays releases escrow
• Freelancer gets payment quickly
• Both parties leave ratings

Step 8 - Dispute Handling (If Required)

• Buyer may pause the project
• Kaampays reviews the case
• Payment is held until resolved

Once escrow is released, Kaampays cannot reverse it.
